How to request a refund

Email services@band9academy.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

• your order number (it is in your order confirmation email), and
• the email address you used at checkout.

A short note on why the eBooks didn’t suit you is welcome, as it helps us improve, but it is not required.

What happens next

We reply to every message within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original card through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days.

Once a refund is issued, your download access for that order is removed. Please delete any copies of the eBooks you downloaded.

Good to know

• The guarantee applies to paid eBooks. The free sample PDF costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• One refund per customer.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible.
• We may decline a request where there are signs of misuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund orders or sharing files with other people.

Problem with a file?

If an eBook won’t download or open properly, contact us at any time, not just within 7 days, and we’ll send you a working copy.

If something is wrong with your order, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We will always try to sort it out quickly.
